An evening on the Gold Coast
The Gold Coast is Australia’s most populous non-capital city in Australia. It sits on the border of Queensland and New South Wales and epitomises a beach-going culture that Australia is so well known for. It is home to Australia’s major theme parks and some of the best beaches that the country has to offer against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean. Surfer’s Paradise is overlooked by the Q1 building with its observation deck at 77 floors above the street. This is a perfect spot to watch this coastal city go about its business.
This short film was shot in one evening with a Sony A6000 and two lenses. It is made from 2704 images and is perhaps the quickest time-lapse short film that I have made.
