  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • Half a coarsely chopped medium sized onion
  • 2 coarsely chopped stalks of celery
  • 1 cup of frozen vegetables
  • 2 coarsely chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cups of steamed rice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
